Of course, I am not telling you to stop consuming them but you have to reduce their intake to a considerable amount. When you do this your hunger level will reduce drastically leading to the intake of fewer calories. Your body will no longer have to burn carbs for energy; instead, it will start to feed off stored body fats.
Eat More of Protein, Fats, and Vegetables
